Bilingual Concierge Specialist - REMOTE
Compensation:
$17 per hour for English speakers...
$17.75 per hour for bilingual speakers (English/Spanish or English/Creole)

Remote position; must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Seasonal, temporary role
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and compose email messages for agents.
Manage team calendars and schedule appointments using MS Outlook.
Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendance.
Schedule appointments using various web tools and MS Office.
Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical tasks, including creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center and remote work environment is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and web-based tools.
Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage schedules and calendars efficiently.
Experience Required:
Experience working with the public, including seniors.
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
