- Function autonomously while being accountable for patient care outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Moderate to high computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
- Demonstrated customer-focused interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse populations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of performance improvement, billing, coding, and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with evidence-based behavioral change methodologies and motivational coaching techniques
- Experience working in a shared leadership environment
