Identify next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills.

Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
Local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly.

Minimum one year of call center experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Availability to work a scheduled shift consistently.

Strong formal oral and written communication skills.
