Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish)
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Bilingual Production Assistant will provide onsite support to the Loan Officer located at our Trumbull, CT Branch by ensuring timely closing of loan files via communication with operations staff and customers. Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently as well as English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Request disclosures
ā¢ Open escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title report
ā¢ Order appraisals
ā¢ Collect and review client documentation
ā¢ Review income analysis from the Loan Officer
ā¢ Submit loans documentation to processing (Submission form, Intent to proceed, LDP/GSA, Net Tangible)
ā¢ Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions
ā¢ Submit requests for Rapid Rescores
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
ā¢ Must be Bilingual in Spanish
ā¢ 2+ years of experience in mortgage industry preferred but willing to train a strong administrative professional.
ā¢ Familiarity with mortgage terminology.
ā¢ An active NMLS license is preferred but not a must.
ā¢ Experience with Point software preferred.
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
ā¢ Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
ā¢ High level of integrity and confidentiality required.
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
COMPENSATION
This is a remote role that can be performed from within the United States. Residents of the states of CA & CO, and for New York City are excluded from this remote role at this time. Information regarding base wages provided upon request.
