Job Summary Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Accounting Liaison to support communication between the accounting department and clients. This role ensures accurate financial coordination, timely processing of transactions, and clear communication with clients in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the accounting team and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication Communicate financial information, invoices, and billing details to clients in both English and Spanish as needed Assist with accounts receivable and payable processes, including payment follow-ups Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure accurate case-related billing Review settlement agreements and ensure financial terms are accurately reflected and processed Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status Support account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal financial procedures
