Position: BigPanda Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Job Description

This is a contract role as a BigPanda Consultant. It is fully remote in the United States and will require working Central or Mountain time hours. The consultant will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance on utilizing the BigPanda platform for effective IT operations management and Incident Management. Previous BigPanda experience is needed to help the team implement best practices for BigPanda's functionality and make recommendations. This role will help teach, inform and bring others up to speed with BigPanda and will help the team use the tool in the most effective way to benefit the IT organization.

Qualifications
• Expertise in day-to-day usage and configurations with the BigPanda platform
• Expertise in understanding the functionality of BigPanda and strong knowledge of its features
• Knowledge of IT operations management and monitoring tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to teach and mentor team members
• Ability to create documentation
• Ability to work remotely during Central or Mountain time zone
• Experience in a consulting role is a plus
