We are looking for
BI Developer (Qlik Sense Specialist)
at one of our locations of One Mobility Group in Asia India, (Remote Location)
Your tasks:
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and data models using Qlik Sense.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various enterprise sources, including SAP.
• Build optimized QVD layers and reusable components for reporting.
• Collaborate with respective stakeholders to translate requirements into BI solutions.
• Support limited Qlik administration tasks (Server maintenance, app publishing, user access, monitoring).
• Troubleshoot data and dashboard performance issues.
• Ensure adherence to BI best practices, naming conventions, and documentation standards.
Requirements
• Qualification: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in any stream
• 3–5 years of experience as a BI Developer with a strong focus on Qlik Sense.
• Good understanding of ETL workflows and data modeling.
• Solid experience in designing and maintaining ETL frameworks within Qlik - including QVD-layer architecture, data extraction, transformation, and load optimization
• Hands-on experience with SAP data extraction (Theobald connectors, SAP HANA, ODBC).
• Solid SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
• Exposure to Qlik Sense administration tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI), ETL frameworks, cloud storage/data platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
