What is in it for you? As a BI Analytics Developer, you will design and deliver business-ready analytics solutions using Databricks Lakehouse and Power BI. BI Analytics Developer (Databricks + Power BI + AI/BI) We are looking for a BI Analytics Developer to design and deliver business-ready analytics solutions using Databricks Lakehouse and Power BI. In this role, you will shape curated datasets in the Gold layer, build semantic models, and create dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. You ll also work with Databricks AI/BI (Genie) to support advanced analytics. Duties: • Develop analytic datasets and semantic models in Databricks using SQL and Unity Catalog. • Build optimized Power BI dashboards and datasets, applying best practices for modeling and performance. • Translate business requirements into dimensional models (facts, dimensions, KPIs) and ensure data quality. • Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to refine KPIs and reporting needs. Required: • Strong SQL skills and experience with Databricks SQL, Delta tables, and Unity Catalog. • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, modeling, performance tuning). • Knowledge of dimensional modeling and semantic layer concepts. • Ability to create curated, analytics-ready datasets for dashboards and AI/BI consumption. Preferred: • Python for data exploration. • Familiarity with Databricks AI/BI (Genie) and data governance practices.
