BI Analyst/BI expert to help build a full dashboard system for 250+ clients B2B Agency - Contract to Hire
We’ve helped 500+ Amazon sellers maximize profitability, scale operations, and dominate their markets using the same systems we used to grow our own brands. We're now one of the biggest consulting companies in the Amazon space with over 240 active clients. We’re looking for a BI Analyst / Data Engineer with proven agency or consultancy experience: someone who has built reporting systems at scale for 200+ clients. Your mission: turn our data (marketing, finance, fulfillment, and Amazon client results) into clear, actionable dashboards that drive decisions every day. What You’ll Do Centralize data from multiple systems (Amazon SP-API, Facebook Ads manager, Smartsheet, Stripe, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, Google Sheets). Build a command center dashboard covering: B2B Marketing: leads, CAC, funnel conversion, ROI by campaign. Finance: client payments, churn, retention, forecast vs actual, Cohort analysis. Client results: revenue, TACOS/ACOS, organic vs paid, at-risk accounts. Fulfillment & Ops: Which clients are at risk, and which fulfillment bottlenecks exist? Design scalable reporting so insights hold true across 500+ clients. Deliver insights, not just charts, highlight leaks, risks, and growth opportunities. Set up automated alerts (Slack/email) for actionable insights. Ensure the system is easy to maintain, expandable, and reliable. What We’re Looking For Agency/Scale Experience (must-have) You’ve worked for a large B2B agency or consulting firm with 200+ accounts. You’ve built reporting systems that scaled and actually changed business decisions. Strong grasp of marketing funnels, CAC/LTV, retention, and ops metrics. Amazon & AI Knowledge (nice to have) Amazon data experience (SP-API, PPC, FBA KPIs). Understanding of ACOS, TACOS, organic vs paid sales, and ranking. Familiarity with AI/automation tools (Lovable, Cursor, Base44, Make.com, Zapier). Technical SQL, API integrations, data pipelines. BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase). Experience with automation (Make.com, Zapier) and advanced Google Sheets. Apply tot his job
