Design and develop data models and analytical solutions to support business objectives and drive healthcare outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights and support data-driven decision making.
Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI development, data engineering, and analytics to drive innovation and improve processes.
Communicate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to identify and solve business problems using advanced analytics methods.
Participate in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Train and mentor junior team members in data engineering and BI development.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline data management and analytics processes.
Work independently and manage multiple projects while adhering to timelines and delivering high-quality solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics within the organization and provide guidance to other teams as needed.
