Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Oversee employee relations and resolve any workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. Develop and execute strategies for employee development, training, and career advancement. Lead performance management processes and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback. Required Skills: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience in IT or non-IT sectors is an advantage.
