Job Overview
BET99 is Canada's Premiere Online Sportsbook and Casino. Launching in 2020, we have consistently innovated the online gaming landscape every step of the way, exponentially growing our customer base and, in turn, our internal BET99 team! Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with VIP guests through the delivery of exceptional guest service. VIP Hosts will work to engage with guests using a rich set of tools, which will include real time data about their play.
Responsibilities
Responsible for personally tending to the companys top tier clients.
Delivers a high level of service and player experience, will build trust and loyalty through continuous engagement ensuring customer maintains healthy activity levels within the organization while also driving key VIP metrics and revenue.
Is analytical in observing customer behavior; hands on and proactive in taking the necessary actions to cover any possible scenario from retention, reactivation to responsible gaming or upselling.
Communicates with players via calls, emails, and text. Provides constructive feedback to improve performance and processes enabling team to collectively achieve all business objectives and established goals.
Reports insights on relevant and important items that can influence the behavior of overseen players and tier groups.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Communication and interpersonal skills; strong command of spoken English and French and use of proper grammar.
Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, multi-task/ -cultural, dynamic environment
Knowledge of, and ability, to quickly learn about tech, online gaming applications and call center software
Ability to apply customer service, troubleshooting and tech support skills in combination
Knowledge and interest in online gambling and/or sports industry: real-money betting, sports, casino and poker, internet applications, payment processing, basic tech support
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business and workgroup needs
