Remote Healthcare Benefits Customer Service Representative – No Experience Required
Location: Remote – Must Reside Within 2 Hours of Buffalo, NY
(One-time in-person visit required on first day for equipment pickup)
This is a 3-6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a high likelihood of permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and overall professionalism. Show up and shine — and you may be invited to stay long-term
Compensation:
· $16.50/hour (English only); after 30 days: $18.50/hour
· $17.25/hour (Bilingual in Spanish or French – must be fluent); after 30 days $18.75/hour

No prior call center experience is needed — just a strong work ethic and three years of verifiable job stability in any industry.
In this role, you’ll support members during the benefits enrollment process and help them manage updates to healthcare or pension plans via phone, web chat, and email. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to grow into a multi-client support specialist.
Schedule:
· Monday–Friday only! No weekends
· 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST
· Expect full-time (40 hrs/week) during peak seasons, and 32–40 hrs/week during off-season
· Flexibility is key!
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in navigating benefits enrollment and plan updates
· Deliver high-quality service via phone, web chat, and email
· Begin with one client and gain cross-training opportunities
· Collaborate virtually with a supportive and experienced team
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Must have at least 3 consecutive years of recent, verifiable employment in any industry
· Must reside within 2 hours of Buffalo, NY
· Must be available to pick up equipment in-person on Day 1
· Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus and earns additional pay
