You’ll work directly with individuals to review what they currently have, what they may be missing, and what options are available to better support their situation.
Responsibilities
• Review and explain benefit and coverage options
• Help individuals compare and evaluate what fits best
• Guide them through selections and next steps
• Maintain relationships beyond the initial interaction
