What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy
Assist the AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed
Maintain productivity expectations while managing multiple referrals/priorities
Ensure a high degree of detail orientation and quality focus in all tasks
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of two years of related experience
Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
High degree of self-discipline in maintaining productivity expectations
Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare or medical billing preferred
