Isofttek Solutions Inc. is hiring a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with 4+ years of hands-on experience in US staffing, specifically focused on marketing bench consultants (CPT/OPT, H1B, GC, US Citizens) and consistently achieving placements.We are especially interested in candidates who can bring their own bench (consultants) and demonstrate placement success within the first quarter ➡️ Candidates with this capability will be given top preference.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Bench Marketing: Proactively market CPT/OPT consultants using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners. Rate Negotiation: Negotiate compensation rates effectively and close deals swiftly. Full Sales Cycle: Manage the complete bench sales cycle — from sourcing, submission, interview, to placement. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed placement targets, with a strong focus on CPT/OPT consultants.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 4 years in US Bench Sales with a verifiable track record of placements, especially in FY 2024.Job Boards: Must be highly proficient with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and related platforms. Communication: Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
