Beginner Level Chat Assistant – Work from Home for Moms (Part Time)
We currently need more friendly, reliable people to work as Chat Support assistants. You will work for businesses answering Chat Support messages on their website or Remote Social Media accounts. These are Work from Home positions, meaning that you can do the work online from anywhere. Full training is provided and we are looking for people who can start work right away. What you will be doing: Chat Support Customer Service assistants handle incoming Customer Service questions via Chat Support on businesses’ websites and Remote Social Media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Contract length: No fixed term Rate: $35 per hour. Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
