Opportunity Overview We are seeking experienced, licensed hair professionals who are interested in participating as Product Ambassadors and Educators within the Dall Italia ecosystem. This opportunity is well suited for established beauty professionals who enjoy working with professional products behind the chair, educating peers or clients, and collaborating with brands alongside their existing salon or education work. Participation is flexible and designed to complement an individual’s current professional setup. Areas of Participation May Include • Participating in virtual product education or training sessions • Demonstrating professional hair care or color products in salon or educational settings • Educating clients or peers on proper product usage, formulation principles, and techniques • Supporting online workshops, presentations, or education events • Providing professional feedback on product performance and education materials Not all participants engage in every area. Involvement varies based on interest, experience, and availability. Qualifications • Active cosmetology or hairstyling license (U.S. or Canada) • Professional experience working behind the chair or in a salon environment • Strong communication skills • Experience educating clients or peers is helpful but not required • Comfortable participating in virtual sessions or remote collaboration Compensation & Structure Compensation is determined by how our partners integrate Dall Italia products into their existing services. Includes eligibility for incentive-based compensation or revenue-sharing opportunities related to education or product use.
