This is a 20 hour/week, permanent role offering benefits and PTO. The hours are very flexible after the first few weeks of onboarding. The candidate for this position must be willing to commit to 20 hours/week for a long term position. Salary for 20 hrs per week is 27,500. Position Description: • Work four days a week with adaptable scheduling. • Completely virtual role • Collaborate with a team of 7 people • Account provisioning • Address and work on Tier I, II, and III tickets • Take users out of EMR, confirm if they’re able to use the application Required Skills: • Excellent customer service skills • Documentation experience • Reliable 20 hour/week availability – can make your own hours but must be able to provide 20 hours/week. • Stable, steady worker who will commit to this role for the long term as it is a permanent position with benefits and PTO provided Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
