We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our expanding Severe Behavior Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors in individuals, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and treatment effectiveness.Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a team RBTs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and client progress.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral health strategies.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
Manage program operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification.
Extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
Experience in program management and operational oversight preferred.
