BCBA Autism Clinical Care Analyst

Centene is a diversified, national organization offering competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility.Candidates must be a BCBA in the state of Louisiana and reside in Louisiana to be eligible to apply.Position Purpose: Evaluate treatment plans, behavioral support plans and objectives for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment of treatment plans utilizing behavioral health expertise, industry standards, and policy requirementsEvaluate providers’ recommendations for patient services and objectives. Ensure alignment between patient diagnosis, program objectives, and services recommendedPropose modifications to providers and discuss feedback on justifications for exceptionsEvaluate patient progress over multiple years and guide board certified behavioral analysts in updating treatment plans and patient objectivesContinuously research relevant publications for updates to scientific based guidelinesEducation/Experience: Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. 5+ years of applied behavioral analysis experience. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis within specific populations, understanding and working knowledge of insurance funding for applied behavior analysis.License/Certification:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (must be in Louisiana)Pay Range: $68,700.00 – $123,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.
