In these instances, you will answer their questions with the goal of converting those inquiries to bookings for our truck team members to take away their itemsAll new agents must be available to start on August 22ndYou receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training, so you are set up for successAfter the 3-week training, each agent joins a team led by a dedicated Team Lead who’s there to support your development and help you continue learning and growing.What You Bring to the TableYou are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC,Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 7 AM and 3.30 PM, Monday-Friday PSTFollowing training, availability to work between 12 PM and 2 AM, Monday - Sunday PSTA very friendly telephone mannerism, strong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)A quiet space at home, a quick & reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with 8GB memoryA wired connection using an Ethernet cable is requiredExperience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!About USDid you know O2E Brands has been voted one of the Best Workplaces in Canada 15 times!?
