Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will apply your environmental knowledge to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments of residential, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, healthcare, warehouse and distribution buildings for equity investors, lenders and other clientele. This position entails providing solid recommendations and solutions to Directors and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process. A Senior Project Manager is expected to be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and peers and is expected to assist in the training of junior staff as needed.Roles and ResponsibilitiesComplete specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budgetPrepare quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.)Conducting site reconnaissancePrepare technical reportsMaintain communication with team members throughout the course of the projectPlan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on scheduleIdentify and resolve issues with projectsManage multiple projectsDeliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions.This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Requirements
Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree from an accredited university in biological/physical/environmental sciences, or related field and 5 or more years of relevant experience.Travel RequiredApplicant must be located in Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or Northern CaliforniaPreferred SkillsPassion for being detail oriented and highly organizedProficiency in Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent verbal and written communication
