BaseCamp SME (Remote)
Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a BaseCamp SME to support the management and maintenance of the Veterans Affairs IT infrastructure. This position is responsible for customer and resource management, self-service request management, sustainment, and cloud migration. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.
Please note: The contract has been awarded; however, this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon funding release.
Responsibilities:
Maintain customer accounts, workgroups and national data sets.
Automate routine provisioning tasks.
Migrate BaseCamp into the cloud.
Support Sherpa developers with production and intake issues.
Provide expertise regarding the business rules of BaseCamp and Sherpa.
Provide technical support to the Customer Enablement team for all BaseCamp tickets.
Develop, maintain, and document database tools, administrative strategies, and best practices.
Design and implement data models and access layers to support new product functionalities.
Solve complex technical challenges, providing innovative and strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Certifications in relevant technologies.
Clearance Required:
Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Posted Salary Range: USD $150,000.00 - USD $185,000.00 /Yr.
