We’re joining as the second Core Dev team working on the OP Stack to ensure it’s a public good available to everyone; and contributing a portion of sequencer revenue to funding public goods.We’re looking for a Base Country Lead, Polandwho will help us grow Base’s global footprint. You’ll be responsible for driving Base’s adoption in Poland.What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):Be the primary ambassador for Base in the countryIncubate and grow the local Base communityRun scrappy growth initiatives to onboard developers and usersDesign and execute builder GTM strategies and programs (e.g. buildathons, launchpads, fellowships)Support builders through mentorship and curating grant fundingIdentify local app, accelerator, VC, and distribution partnership opportunities Recruit and manage local community members to scale needsShare market intel, community and product feedback with the wider Base teamWhat we look for in you (ie. job requirements):Must havesOperational experience in a crypto startup/project (founder, early employee, community/growth head)Deep connectivity in / understanding of your local crypto, startup and developer marketA relentless, solutions-oriented self-starterOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsA passion for building a global onchain economyNice to havesExperience creating and scaling a community-driven projectExperience running GTM and activation campaigns for developers Experience setting-up and managing a program for startups (e.g. accelerators, incubators)REQ ID: GBCLUKPlease be advised that each candidate may submit a maximum of four applications within any 30-day period.
