Bartender/Cocktail Waitress
About the position
We are seeking a Bartender/Beverage Server to join our team at Arizona Spirits LLC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent time management skills, and a strong understanding of basic math concepts. We operate two locations, one in Tempe close to ASU and one in downtown Mesa. The ideal employee would be able to work at both locations depending on the needs of the schedule. We offer 2-3 shifts a week with the possibility of picking up more shifts if desired. This position is part-time, and the pay ranges from $15.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. The expected hours are between 16 to 30 per week, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
? Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

? Take and serve beverage orders promptly and accurately

? Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently

? Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and quality standards

? Maintain cleanliness in the serving area

Requirements
? Strong customer service skills
