The Wild Finch at The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs is looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join our dining team. This role is all about delivering outstanding hospitality, crafting exceptional cocktails, and providing an inviting and exciting experience for every guest. Where You Can Make an Impact:
? Bar Service Excellence: Provide full bar service for assigned shifts, preparing drinks for the entire restaurant while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
? Cocktail & Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality cocktails and beverages with precision and efficiency, following traditional service standards.
? Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain stock levels of all beverages, ensuring proper storage and organization in both the bar and designated storage areas.
? Opening & Closing Duties: Properly set up and break down the bar, following all required procedures.
? Ongoing Learning & Growth: Continuously expand your knowledge of beverages, mixology, and service standards.
? Hospitality & Teamwork: Uphold all service and hospitality standards as outlined in training, handbooks, and ongoing feedback.
? Restaurant Operations: Assist with the proper opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operations.
? Professionalism & Integrity: Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating trust, dependability, and respect in all areas.
? Community & Connection: Foster a welcoming environment, building strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.
? Team Collaboration: Promote a culture of teamwork and mutual respect, working closely with fellow staff and management.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:
? Minimum 3 years of bartending and cocktail experience required.
? Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
? Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and hospitality skills, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage bar inventory and stock efficiently.
? A positive and team-oriented mindset, supporting the growth and success of the restaurant.

Work Schedule & Environment:
? Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week with varying shifts.
? Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
? Fast-paced work in a restaurant setting, including exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment.
