Job Description
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers following standard recipes, and keeping the bar area clean and stocked.
This is a part-time position with less than 20 hours per week, ideal for those looking for flexible schedules. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes or customers’ preferences.
Check customer identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
Clean bars, tables, tools, and equipment.
Arrange bottles and glasses aesthetically.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Take orders and serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a bartender.
Good knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
Computer literacy.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Must meet state legal age requirements for handling alcohol.
TIPS or equivalent certification is a plus.
