Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Craft high-quality beverages, following recipes and presentation standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Work collaboratively with our store team to drive sales, control costs, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions, and make recommendations to customers to enhance their experience.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, and adhere to our store's operating policies and standards.
Requirements:
No previous experience required - we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success!
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
