ā¢ Strong initiative and capacity to independently navigate ambiguity.
ā¢ Experience in managing cross-functional projects and performing business analysis.
ā¢ Skills in gathering requirements and documenting processes using user stories and data flows.
ā¢ Effective communication skills to influence stakeholder decisions.
ā¢ Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and Excel.
ā¢ Comfort with SDLC and Agile methodologies while collaborating with technical teams.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Experience with software like Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, and Teams Planner.
ā¢ Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
ā¢ Ability to manage and implement integrations across projects
