Ā As a Lead Teller, you'll be responsible for processing financial transactions promptly and accurately, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Ā You will prioritize client demands, provide impeccable customer service, and communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues.
Ā Your working knowledge of banking products and services, company systems, and procedures will help you guide and assist teller staff as requested by the Teller Manager.
Ā In the absence of the Teller Manager, you'll perform transaction approvals, resolve customer service issues, coordinate workflow, and provide on-the-job training to new tellers.
Ā Participating in job-specific training and various bank training programs, such as customer service, is also essential.
