TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Bank Teller/Greeter position with a Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Jacksonville, FL 32218 area!
Job Description:
To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services the client offers, including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision. Assist/training to lower-level team members.
Experience
? 1-3 years of relevant cash handling experience; banking is preferred but not required
? Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via email
? Good communication skills - de-escalation, remaining calm under pressure, listening
Responsibilities
? Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
? Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection,n and credit card applications
? Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
? Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
? Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration
? Perform platform banking functions
? Assist level I team members
? Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services
? May assist with Branch Office vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures
? May serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian
? Perform other duties as assigned
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 5:30 pm; Saturday 8:30 am - 1:30pm - anytime you are scheduled to work on saturday, you will have time off throughout the week to balance your 40 hours. Schedules will be provided 2 weeks in advance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
