As a Bank Teller, you'll be the face of the bank, playing a key role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Qualified Applicants will fill in at all First Federal locations, including Amity, McMinnville, Carlton, Newberg and Sheridan locations as needed to fill staffing needs. A high level of flexibility and transportation is required.Key Responsibilities:

Handle a wide range of daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, loan payments, cash advances, and check cashing
Issue cashier's checks and handle stop payments and wire transfer requests
Offer relevant banking services and products that meet customers' needs
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ensure the safety of customer information
Operate basic banking technologies such as computers, 10-key calculators, copy/fax machines and telephones
Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy and attention to detail
Open and close new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts, assisting customers with a wide range of banking services
What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in cash handling or customer service
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and work with fractions and percentages
Comfort with technology, including proficiency in typing and computer operation
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to follow procedures with accuracy
Regular and reliable attendance
A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours at a time
Capability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements
Ability to kneel, reach, bend, push, pull, lift and carry coin bags weighing up to 30 pounds
Clear speaking, hearing, and vision for effective communication with customers
