Bank Systems Administrator
Servbank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bank Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and maintaining various banking systems, including nCino, Fiserv DNA, LaserPro, and other integrated applications and services. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can operate both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee the daily operations of the nCino platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
? Manage and maintain the Fiserv DNA core banking system, ensuring data integrity and security.
? Administer the LaserPro loan documentation system, ensuring proper controls and compliance.
? Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
? Provide advanced technical support for complex issues, working closely with IT staff and vendors to resolve problems efficiently.
? Continuously monitor system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact operations.
? Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
? Lead and participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and other IT initiatives.
? Collaborate with other business units to understand their goals and provide technical assistance to help achieve them.
? Train end-users and provide ongoing support for the banking systems.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
? Extensive experience with nCino, Salesforce, Fiserv DNA, and LaserPro.
? Proficiency in data migration, data cleansing, and data integration techniques.
? Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
? Project management skills, with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
? Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
? Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, problem-prevention, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
? Ability to work with co-workers, members, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.
Preferred Certifications:
? nCino Certifications from nCino University.
? Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
