Ā Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.

Requirements
Ā High school diploma or GED required.

Ā 1+ years of experience in call center or customer service preferred.

Ā Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.

Ā Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones.
