Bakery Helper
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the kitchen but we will train . This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a kitchen setting. We need an extra set of hands to help us keep up with production.
Duties
ā¢ Assist in the preparation of various baked goods.
ā¢ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas.
ā¢ Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure product consistency.
ā¢ Possible up-front help needed on Monday's.
ā¢ Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
ā¢ Support the head baker in daily operations, including food handling and preparation tasks.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Experience
ā¢ Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred but not required.
ā¢ Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is beneficial.
ā¢ Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a bakery or restaurant setting.
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
