Bakery Counter Clerk – Amazon Store
We are seeking a part-time front of house team member to help take bakery orders, assist retail customers with coffee and pastry orders, help fulfill wholesale orders for shipping, and occasionally help our baker in the kitchen. Looking for someone with a friendly and outgoing attitude who can provide excellent customer service to our guests. Must be available to work some Saturdays. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their selections. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including packaging and labeling items for sale. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed to ensure product availability. Educate customers about bakery products, including ingredients and dietary options. Support team members in daily operations, including cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance. Adhere to all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.
