What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and care providers
- Assess client eligibility and specific needs for backup care services
- Conduct research and provide referrals for backup care options
- Document all client interactions and support issues in the case management system
- Maintain high client satisfaction by meeting call center performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in a child care and/or adult care setting
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM database systems
- Bilingual communication skills
- Knowledge of backup care services and family care needs
