Previous experience with backend engineering is a must as well as a knowledge of LLMs and system prompting. Your Responsibilities @ Aircall: Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customersPropose innovative solutions based on AI landscape trendsHave key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of AI key modulesWrite clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systemsRevise, update, refactor, and debug codeBe part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clientsInvolvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoringParticipate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliability Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in back-end software engineeringDemonstrated programming experience with LLMs (e.g., system prompting, prompt engineering, tool use)Strong nice-to-have: Expert proficiency in Python or Typescript/Node.js and AWS This is not including equity and other benefits.
