Designing and developing high-quality, scalable and efficient backend systems for our E-Commerce platform Maintaining and continuously improving the existing backend infrastructure Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Writing clean, modular, and well-documented code in Java Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues in a timely manner Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our E-Commerce platform Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements and product enhancements Working closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless integration of the backend systems with the user interface Ensuring compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and performance optimization techniques Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members Collaborating with project managers to provide accurate estimations and meet project deadlines Identifying and proactively addressing potential technical roadblocks Communicating effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns Adhering to project management methodologies and following agile development practices.Yahoo! is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
