Your Role Your mission is to implement our upcoming roadmap features in the area of Institutional Cryptocurrency Trading, DeFI, Portfolio Management and Metrics Collection as part of our backend development team. What you will do • Extend and maintain our range of Python Microservices • Develop clean, scalable and maintainable code • Implement unit and integration tests for the Backend • Implement automation scripts • Review the code of your team members Our Tech Stack • Python • MongoDB • Postgres • Flask/Web3 • Docker • AWS What we expect • At least 3 years of experience programming with python in a professional environment • Solid financial data modeling. • Experience with time series or analytical data • Experience with Web3 or blockchain integration (reading events, basic token concepts) • Understanding of high load / scalability basics (caching, batching, async, indexing) • Implement according to specification, requirements and general good development practices • Ability to communicate openly about your work, raising questions and doubts in time • Work on your own laptop or PC • Fluent in English Nice to Haves: • Experience with the other items of our stack • Knowledge in additional programming languages (javascript, rust, go or c++) • Strategy development experience (trading, DeFi, automation). • Exchange API integration experience • Double-entry ledger or accounting system development experience • Multi-chain or DeFi protocol familiarity What we offer • 100% remote work and flexible work schedule • A start up vibe with a positive attitude, open and direct communication • Only two prescheduled meetings per week • Clear communication of goals and expectations • Extend your skillset in AWS, Automation, Web3 with us Apply tot his job
