Backend Developer Part Time position on Remote (W2 Contract)
Title: Backend Developer Location: Remote Duration: Part Time 10 hours a week. Cab be someone working full time open to extra hours. Can work their own schedule. Can ramp up eventually but right now 10 hours a week until July 2023 or longer Job Description: Backend Developer/Engineer with extensive node.JS background to help in troubleshooting and extending API development for a client solution. You will be responsible for developing well thought out, clean and maintainable code. Responsibilities: • Write clean and maintainable code in a fast-paced environment • Working on Azure Functions written in NodeJS using CosmosDB • Provide estimates for the work that you will be doing then meet those estimates • Participate in all required agile ceremonies • Quickly identify and track down bugs and implement the most effective solution • Provide input as required to the planning, requirements definition, and design process for new features • Provide consistent communication regarding status to both the Engineering and Business teams Skills and Competencies/Education: • Expertise with NodeJS, CosmosDB • Experience with Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Application Insights, Azure DevOps • Experience with 3rd Party API Integration and PowerBI Reporting • Experience with other Azure Services such as: Key Vault, Networking, Front Door and WAF, API Management Service is a big plus • Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential to success • Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude • Experience with the Agile methodology • Self-starter who can work independently as well as in team environment Apply tot his job
