Compensation and Benefits
• Base Salary: (95,000 - )110,000 (based on experience) + quarterly commission.

Skills
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to target high-value prospects and execute engagement strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand prospect needs.
• Deliver engaging, customized product demonstrations that highlight our platform’s value.
• Understand the specific challenges and needs of prospects, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and prospects.
• Implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and advance them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking all interactions and opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Leverage Salesforce data to analyze performance, optimize sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline health and key performance indicators.
