We are launching a next-generation B2B Learning Management System powered by AI.
Our platform enables organizations to create, manage, and scale intelligent training programs using AI-driven content generation, pathway building, tagging, and enterprise integrations.
We are looking for a seasoned SaaS marketing and branding expert to help us build and execute our go-to-market strategy.
This is not a junior execution role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, work directly with the CEO, and drive measurable growth.
What We Need
You will act as a fractional marketing lead and growth partner. Your responsibilities will include:
1οΈβ£ Brand & Positioning
β’ Develop clear positioning for wzdm.ai
β’ Refine value proposition and messaging for enterprise buyers
β’ Competitive analysis (LMS + AI training platforms)
β’ Develop brand voice, narrative, and differentiation strategy
β’ Help shape website messaging and landing pages
2οΈβ£ Demand Generation & Lead Growth
β’ Design and execute B2B lead generation strategy
β’ Build multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, content, email)
β’ Define ICP and buyer personas (L&D heads, HR, Enterprise CTOs, etc.)
β’ Develop content strategy (whitepapers, webinars, case studies)
β’ Create measurable funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, demo conversion)
3οΈβ£ Demo & Sales Enablement
β’ Help craft a compelling product demo narrative
β’ Develop pitch decks and sales messaging
β’ Create sales collateral
β’ Improve demo-to-close conversion flow
4οΈβ£ CEO Advisory
β’ Consult directly with CEO on brand awareness strategy
β’ Advise on pricing positioning
β’ Help define go-to-market roadmap
β’ Provide structured competitive landscape analysis

β Ideal Candidate
You must have:
β’ 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing
β’ Experience launching or scaling a SaaS product
β’ Proven demand generation experience
β’ Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels
β’ Experience working with founders/CEOs
β’ Analytical mindset (comfortable with metrics & CAC/LTV thinking)
β’ Portfolio of past SaaS launches or campaigns
Leverages AI for efficiency.
