You will: Own end‑to‑end AR for a set of global B2B accounts Talk directly to overseas finance teams to resolve issues and get cash in Untangle messy accounts, disputes and odd reconciliations (and fix them) Spot patterns, recommend actions, and help sharpen how we do AR No scripts. No ticket factory. Just real ownership and real conversations. What you’ll do Manage full AR cycle: allocations, reconciliations, collections Call and email international clients to resolve overdue and complex items Investigate short‑pays, disputes, PO/tax/currency issues and drive resolution Prepare ageing and exception reports, highlighting risks and opportunities Partner with sales/events to align contracts, billing and client expectations What you bring 3–5 years solid international AR/Credit Control in a corporate or B2B environment Hands‑on experience dealing directly with international clients/finance teams Excellent English – confident, clear, and professional on the phone and in writing Proven lateral thinking and problem‑solving in AR Strong AR fundamentals + intermediate Excel and a mainstream ERP Self‑starter, organised, comfortable working fully remote Why join us?
