Position Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven DevOps Lead to oversee and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations supporting enterprise-scale web, mobile, and AI-driven applications. The DevOps Lead will provide technical direction, ensure deployment excellence, and mentor the DevOps team while driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability across environments. This role requires a strong background in Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and hybrid cloud deployment models. Key responsibilities: Define, implement, and continuously improve the DevOps roadmap for CI/CD, environment automation, and monitoring Ensure alignment with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for end-to-end delivery Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for .NET, Angular/React, API, and mobile applications using Azure DevOps Enforce best practices for versioning, artifact management, and deployment governance Lead implementation of ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep for provisioning and maintaining Azure infrastructure Standardize infrastructure management practices across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) Oversee cloud operations, performance tuning, and cost optimization across Azure Cloud Services (App Services, AKS, Functions, SQL, Key Vault, Application Gateway) Manage hybrid integrations with AWS components where applicable Lead, mentor, and upskill a distributed DevOps team; promote automation, documentation, and continuous learning culture Collaborate closely with product and engineering leads to support delivery timelines and operational excellence Implement secure DevOps practices including secrets management, role-based access control, and vulnerability scans Ensure compliance with organization-wide data privacy and audit standards Define and enforce proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics Establish on-call rotation and incident management processes with clear escalation paths Partner with Product Owners, QA, and Architecture teams to ensure seamless build, test, and release workflows Drive integration of automated testing into pipelines for continuous validation Workplace: Fulltime contract working remotely and based in Latin-America supporting Eastern timezone working hours. Must Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, including 2+ years in a lead capacity Proven experience with Azure DevOps ecosystem (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts) Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — ARM, Terraform Hands-on with Azure Cloud Services (App Service, AKS, SQL, Functions, Storage, VNet, Application Gateway) Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python Experience with source control strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based) and CI/CD for mobile apps (App Center, Fastlane) Knowledge of networking, load balancing, DNS, and WAF configurations Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks Professional Skills: Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong team and individual player Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-FR1 #L1-REMOTE
