This team supports Agile cloud / infrastructure initiatives to deliver business value through scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. This is a highly technical Business Analyst role, requiring extensive AWS knowledge hands- on experience , and active AWS certifications . The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with engineers and developers, participating in Agile ceremonies, and leading requirements gathering for cloud-based systems. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with product teams and technical SMEs to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and cloud / infrastructure engineering teams. • Translate complex business problems into detailed technical solutions in an AWS environment. • Facilitate clear communication to align development efforts with strategic objectives. • Document and track action items and deliverables across multiple teams. • Handle sensitive business information with strict confidentiality. • Contribute to the design and implementation of AWS-based solutions in collaboration with engineering teams. Must-Have Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience in a Business Analyst or related role. • At least one active AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps, Developer). • Strong background in Agile methodology and active participation in scrum teams / daily standups. • Demonstrated experience gathering and managing requirements in complex, cloud-based environments. • Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc. • Ability to confidently speak in AWS terminology when working with developers and engineers. • Experience with backend systems and infrastructure-related initiatives. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or enterprise IT environments. • Experience working in a large, distributed enterprise setting. • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices.
