Job description: AWS Cloud Systems Operations AdministratorKey Role:Manage, administer, support, and enhance cloud environments, ensuring continuous improvement and rapid problem resolution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience with IT system administration using Microsoft and Linux platformsExperience in system administration support and management for Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)Experience supporting development and test teams in AWS environments, including Kubernetes and traditional RHEL serversKnowledge of maintenance on AWS cloud infrastructure, including patching, STIG, or upgrade processesAbility to manage and operate workloads on AWS systemsTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in an IT or computer science fieldAbility to obtain IAT II Level certification before start dateAdditional Qualifications:1+ years of experience with Container Orchestration or application deploymentExperience with AWS Well-Architected Framework, networking, and security servicesKnowledge of tools like Diode, Lambda, and TerraformSecurity+ CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
