Description
Require a candidate with at least 6-7 years of relevant experience.
Ā Work closely with middle management team of Partners for day-to-day business related activities like scheduling big day drives, RnR programmers, claims settlement tracking, policy cancellation refunds etc.
Ā Identify and nurture talents within the team and make them ready for career progression.
Ā Responsible for meeting Sales, Revenue and Product wise target of the designated state thereby ensuring profitable growth.
Ā Account management - Sales and Financial reconciliation, liaising with PLM team for on time payout settlement of partners headquartered in the designated state.
Ā Extensive travel across allocated geography, meeting partners and customers as per pre-approved travel plan.
Ā Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Ā Identifying new partnership opportunities and passing leads to Business Development team.
Ā Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
