JOB SUMMARY: The AVP, Marketing Technologies, Digital Bank is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing technology strategies that enhance the customer experience, increase acquisition and retention, and drive revenue growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute the bank's marketing technology strategy in line with the overall business goals
• Oversee the bank's marketing technology infrastructure and ensure it is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness including but not limited to CMS, marketing automation, CDP.
• Manage and lead a team of marketing technology professionals to delivery strategic capabilities and operational manage and support the tech stack
• Play the role of a product owner, managing the backlog of work to build and sustain the MarTech stack for the digital bank
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, and data teams, to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology with business functions and broader enterprise technologies
• Evaluate and recommend new marketing solutions that align with the bank's marketing strategy and client needs
• Establish and maintain relationships with marketing technology vendors and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and information security standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales/marketing technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a bank or other financial institution
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, digital advertising, customer data platforms, and content management systems
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, mParticle, Tealium CDP, and/or WordPress preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and information security standards
